Fincasa Operations Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement

Effective date: October 6, 2026

These terms govern access to Fincasa Operations, operated by De La Tierra Spirits, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Authorized use

We grant authorized users limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use the app for approved company business purposes. Access does not transfer ownership of the app.

You must use your own authorized account, protect your access credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or enter information you are not authorized to use.

Business records

You are responsible for the accuracy and authorization of information you enter and actions you initiate. Review orders, prices, quantities, taxes, exemptions, accounting classifications, and other business records before relying on them.

The app provides operational tools and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.

QuickBooks integration

Only an authorized administrator may connect a QuickBooks company. You must have permission to grant the requested access and perform the selected operations.

The current integration supports company verification and fictional sandbox testing. Live accounting synchronization is not currently enabled. Sandbox payment records do not transfer money, and sandbox tests do not send customer invoices by email.

QuickBooks access remains subject to Intuit’s terms and permissions. De La Tierra Spirits, LLC operates Fincasa Operations independently of Intuit.

Privacy and disconnection

Information is handled as described in the Fincasa Operations Privacy Policy.

An authorized administrator may disconnect QuickBooks using the app’s disconnect control. Disconnection does not reverse completed operations or automatically delete records from the dashboard or QuickBooks. Contact us for assistance with access or deletion requests.

Availability and limitations

Features may change, and the app may be unavailable during maintenance or third-party service interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free results.

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and changes

We may restrict or suspend access when authorization ends, misuse occurs, or action is needed to protect the service. We may update these terms as the app changes and will identify revisions by their effective date.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Virginia law, subject to applicable mandatory law.
