Fincasa Operations Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 6, 2026

De La Tierra Spirits, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, operates Fincasa Operations, a private business dashboard for authorized users.

Scope

This policy covers information handled through Fincasa Operations and its QuickBooks connection. It does not describe all information collected through our public marketing website.

Information we handle

We handle authorized users’ account identifiers and email addresses; business information entered into the dashboard, including customer and vendor contacts, orders, inventory, expenses, and notes; and information needed to manage the QuickBooks connection.

QuickBooks connection information includes the connected company’s name and identifier, authorization tokens, connection status, and verification timestamps. Technical logs include request timestamps, operation names, response statuses, error codes, and Intuit troubleshooting identifiers.

The current integration supports company verification and administrator-initiated sandbox tests. Sandbox tests may read accounts and create or read fictional customers, vendors, items, invoices, bills, and payment records. Live accounting synchronization is not currently enabled.

How we use information

We use this information to operate the dashboard, maintain business records, control access, perform authorized integration functions, troubleshoot errors, and protect the service.

Access and service providers

Authorized company users can access business information according to the access provided to them. QuickBooks connection management is restricted to designated administrators.

Information is processed through the providers needed to deliver the service, including OpenAI’s Sites hosting and authentication services, underlying hosting infrastructure, and Intuit for authorized QuickBooks requests. These providers also have their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate misuse, or maintain security.

QuickBooks authorization and security

QuickBooks authorization takes place through Intuit. The dashboard does not ask you to enter your QuickBooks password into the app. Stored QuickBooks authorization tokens are encrypted, and the app uses access controls and HTTPS connections.

No security measure can guarantee complete protection against unauthorized access.

Cookies

The app uses authentication mechanisms and a temporary security cookie to complete the QuickBooks authorization process. Hosting and authentication providers may also use cookies necessary to deliver their services.

Retention and disconnection

Business records are retained for operational and recordkeeping purposes. Retention depends on the type of record and applicable business or legal requirements.

Disconnecting QuickBooks through the app revokes the connection and removes its stored authorization credentials after a successful disconnect. It does not automatically delete dashboard records, troubleshooting logs, sandbox test records, or records held in QuickBooks.

Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information. We may verify your identity and retain information where needed for legal obligations, security, or legitimate recordkeeping.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date identifies the latest revision.
